All Artwork is subject to written approval before any order is processed. Client approval is your responsibility, check artwork carefully before signing off. For more information, check our art department requirements.
In the event that an order is completed with less than the specified amount of merchandise, we will credit your account or replace the item(s) as we deem and find appropriate.
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without factory authorization.
Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of invoicing and will be inspected for misuse and handled as per our guarantee policy.
Orders may be picked up during business hours, however, after-hours or weekend pick-ups may be scheduled with one of our representatives. We also deliver with our "on time guarantee". Extra charges for shipping & delivery may apply.
