Just wanted to take a moment and let you know how very happy we are with the service received from your company.

Laura Navarro went above a beyond the call of duty with this order. Our initial order of 100 shirts was on a very tight deadline, which was met on Wednesday, June 11 (as requested). However, at 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon, we realized that we needed another 65 shirts (our internal error, not yours)!

I spoke with Laura at 4:50pm on Wednesday and by some "miracle", we received the 65 shirts this morning, in time for us to ship them out to our customers for the event kickoff on Monday, June 16th.

Please extend a huge THANK YOU to Laura and the staff at Graphix Plus for the great service we received!

I am just sending an honest opinion of my/our experience, with Laura Navarro and Graphix Plus.

Up to a few years ago our Heinz Gift Shop had a contract with a Toronto Company to supply the Store with items from hats, shirts to other misc. items. Our management at that time asked me to compare local suppliers to the Toronto Company, and after doing so we were not long obtaining most all of our supply from Graphix Plus as their price was much, much better, and the shipping a fraction of the Toronto shipping cost.

After meeting and doing business with Laura from Graphix Plus, her personal attention to our needs became a very close working relationship and we have done most of our business with Laura and continue to do so. I am a thrifty person and do look elsewhere for good deals but always receive the best service and prices from Graphix plus. They have never failed me when I need something specific for the store stock or for gifts for our 800 plus employees here at The H.J.Heinz Company of Canada Ltd.

Their graphic designers have always provided us with the perfect design in each and every item that we need a new design for, and their personal attention is really unbelievable.

We here at Heinz think that Graphix Plus is simply the best to deal with in each and every way: From providing the items, re-designing the logo, pricing, quick and affordable delivery and they back up each and every item.

I got the shot glasses today- I love them, they look great!

My old website needed some major updates so I called on the services of Graphix Plus. They quickly introduced me to Andy Langmuir, an amazing designer who re-built my site which now lives up to my high expectations. He took my idea and turned it into a smashing success! Being that the site is designed for a magazine, there were many important subjects that had to be rolled into a very large menu. Andy made it look professional, creative and was able to fit in all the necessary information. He was very easy to work with and within the first two weeks of my site going up, we saw a major increase in hits - we created the buzz we wanted! Thank you Andy and the entire team at Graphix Plus, we know we will continue to get great results from our website!
